San Francisco Village	San Francisco Village is a membership organization designed with, by and for older San Franciscans and the extended community that champions them.
Community Tech Network	Home Connect is CTN’s newest COVID-19-inspired program, designed to connect isolated seniors to the Internet and leverage its resources from the comfort and safety of their home. The Home Connect program will connect senior learners directly with a trained instructor to support them in areas customized specifically for that learner.
Aging and Disability Resource Centers	ADRCs throughout the City provide information and referrals for support services including caregiver support, case management, in-home care, financial planning, medical care, and housing.

SFMTA – Paratransit	San Francisco Paratransit (“SF Paratransit”) is a van and taxi program for people unable to independently use or access public transit because of a disability or disabling health condition.
SFMTA – Low Income	SFMTA offers a number of discounts on transit fares and parking related fees for low income customers with a gross annual income (before taxes) at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level indicated below.
Clipper Start	Clipper START is a pilot program to provide single-ride discounts to eligible riders.
Lifeline Pass	The Lifeline Pass is a Muni-only monthly pass for customers on a limited income. Lifeline customers get unlimited access to Muni service, including cable cars, for a calendar month. The pass is offered at a 50% discount off the standard adult monthly pass price. Individuals with a gross annual income (before taxes) at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty level (income levels below) are eligible to receive the Lifeline pass.

Rebuilding Together

Will help with home repairs and modification. Can be small such as needing a lightbulb changed or more involved like installing a hand rail.

Cole Hardware’s Repair Referral Service was created to introduce our customers to the finest contractors and tradespeople we know. We have formed alliances with independent business people in order to provide you with the very best in home repair, maintenance, and remodeling.

Lutheran Social Services	Lutherine Social Servives (LSS) Support for Seniors is a privately funded program that provides rental assistance to low income seniors 67 years or older so they can remain in their homes/apartment. Rental Funds are provided directly to the landlord/property manager as these funds may only be used for rental assistance, not for additional expenses. LSS Support for Seniors can provide one-time assistance for utility expenses (directly to the utility provider) on a case-by-case basis. All applications must come referred from a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as this program does not provide additional social services to clients.
PG&E	Pacific Gas & Electric utility bill assistance.
Xfinity	Get your Internet service for free when you qualify for and enroll in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Internet Essentials or Internet Essentials Plus.
CA Low Income Resources	The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides assistance to eligible low-income households with the goal of managing and meeting their immediate home heating and/or cooling needs.
Eviction Defense Collaborative	If you are behind with your rent, you may be able to avoid having an eviction filed against you. RADCo provides grants to tenants residing in the City and County of San Francisco who have fallen behind on their rent due to temporary financial setbacks.
City Rent Resources	Connect with a community-based organization for SF Emergency Rental Assistance Program application support, tenant-landlord counseling, and eviction prevention legal services.

California Phones	Apply to get a phone that is amplified for those that are hard of hearing. Need to be certified by MD as hard of hearing.
California Lifeline	The California LifeLine Program (California LifeLine) is a state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
